When Father Thomas experiences the Stigmata during Easter Mass, he goes to Cardinal Michaels for assistance.  Unimpressed, and certain it’s a hoax, the Cardinal waits, and when Easter rolls around again, he films the Mass, only to capture an even more impossible experience with his camera.  With Easter approaching again, and all of their faith on the line, they bring in an investigator from Rome, hoping to settle the matter before it gets out of hand – and they have to deal with what might happen on the third day…
