Stargate Altantis…Trish and I Write another Novel
Last year Trish and I Ghost-wrote a novel on very short notice because a friend said he’d gotten into a bind and had too much due all at once. We learned, of course, that no good deed goes unpunished. As I understand it, we got less than half the money - wrote the entire book - and now he’s bragging about the book (lol) Whatever.
Anyway…we work well together. This past winter we ghost-wrote a children’s Christmas book that came out VERY well…
Now we are doing one for ourselves. It’s not 100 percent official, but it’s nearly so. We may have to make some shifts for MGM — but for all intents and purposes, we’ve been approved to write a Stargate Atlantis novel in the near future…
It’s a great show. It shamelessly borrows from Trek, which we both love - even references it -the characters not being from that far in the future…has good chemistry between cast members…a concept that allows for endless plays on aliens, the past, the future - comedy and drama.
When I have more details, I’ll let you all know…but for now… Whoo Hoo!
